TOM RIVERS

Tom Rivers is a legendary journalist whose incisive reporting has captivated millions for nearly 40 years. Known for his coverage of major global events like the Lockerbie disaster and the war in Bosnia, he has also reported on royal weddings and interviewed big names such as Margaret Thatcher and Richard Branson. Recently retired from ABC News after 24 years, Rivers combines old-school journalistic integrity with a passion for storytelling, holding degrees in broadcast journalism and management from the University of Minnesota. Born in Eveleth, Minnesota, he is a hockey enthusiast and a fan of English football, and he prides himself on delivering the unvarnished truth in his work. His adventurous career began as a radio program director on a ship in the North Sea, where he reached millions of listeners. Rivers has a knack for digging deep into complex stories, ensuring that the nuances are never overlooked. With a rich legacy of impactful journalism, he continues to inspire both aspiring reporters and seasoned professionals alike.

MAX KRANGLE

Max Krangle is an internationally recognized expert in business growth and development within highly regulated industries. He serves as the Managing Director of Counsel Strategy, a prominent legal and business consulting firm, and is the Managing Partner of Consumer Outreach, specializing in marketing in contentious industries . With over 25 years of experience, Max has held key legal roles in the tobacco industry, including General Counsel at R.J. Reynolds Global Products. He is the subject of the critically acclaimed book "Firebrand" by Joshua Knelman and has authored his own book "Contentious Counsel,"about how to navigate the highly litigious and regulated world of business. He is also an experienced keynote speaker. Speaking regularly at events in the UK, Canada and the USA. Max has advised clients across many contentious sectors, including cannabis, nutraceuticals, gaming, and energy. He is from Toronto, Canada but has lived all over the globe. Outside of work, Max is passionate about fact finding, English football and ice hockey.
